I absolutely love cooking and this homemade eggroll will keep everyone at the party talking about it for years to come. Here is my secret.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/lbs of meat (ground pork, or ground turkey)
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- ½ Tablespoon of salt
- ½ Tablespoon of black pepper
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce/ seasoning soy
- ¼ cup of chopped green onions
- 1 cup of chopped cabbage
- ½ cup of shredded carrots
- 1 cup of glass noodles, be sure to drain all excessive water
- 1 egg
- 1 pack of 25 sheet eggroll/ spring roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all the seasonings in with the meat very well as it starts to make a thick paste
- On each wrapper- use 2 tablespoons of eggroll paste
- This should serve 2 dozen eggrolls.
- Pour 2 inch of vegetable oil in a cook on medium-high
- Once the oil is ready, fry the eggrolls, and when they float- they are ready
